Cancellation

24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule YOUR APPOINTMENT.  Please understand that you will be charged 50% of each service price if you change your appointment without the minimum notice.  To avoid disappointment, please be on time. If you are late, it will result in a shortened appointment or a rescheduled appointment with applicable charges.

What to Bring and Wear

During your treatment your body will be professionally draped at all times so it’s up to you whether you disrobe completely or leave your undergarments on for massage and body treatments.  All Seasons Rehab Centre is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Valuables are best responsible at your own risk.

Healthcare Insurance Coverage

Healthcare insurance coverage most of the services we provided, please note your need for a referral from your doctor in order for you to be reimbursed for expenses. 

Gratuities

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, at your discretion. Envelopes for gratuities are provided at check-out
