Using freelined shrimp at the culverts, and bait fish such as greenbacks, or Pinfish fished on the bottom along the banks, many species are being caught throughout the preserve. THANKS!! Shrimp, live baitfish, spoons, and jigs with soft plastics will catch everything that swims. Greenbacks and Pinfish have been spotted at a few of the culverts, so keep your cast nets ready! Its hard to beat a live shimp simply rigged with a small circle hook and 1/4oz split shot, but artificials will save you $$ and keep you from feeding the pinfish.
